Second floor flat renovation would require particular attention due to accessibility and proximity to neighbouring flats above and below the poroperty.
After stripping away the lath and plaster ceilings, and walls it became evident that a great deal of structural work was required to not only protect the flat, but also to make the whole building structurally sound, which would require a structural engineer.
With a lot of innovation and imagination, we were able to create a modern and breath-taking flat, with views overlooking the stunning Dyfi estuary.
